The objects also visualise the data that gives the products their technical properties and offers additional behavioural data to allow the object to be position or ‘behave’ in the model in exactly the same way the product itself would in reality.

All the BIM objects have been created to the NBS National BIM Object Standard and are available in all major formats (for example Autodesk Revit) and are COBie and IFC compatible.
