Quinn Building Products’ Sales teams from across the UK and Ireland gathered at Quinn Headquarters in Fermanagh for their annual two-day Sales Conference this week. Over 30 Sales Representatives, support staff and Managers attended the event which has become a key part of the company’s events calendar in recent years.
The Annual Sales Conference is an opportunity for everyone involved in Quinn’s Sales Teams to learn about new developments, investment and innovation, refresh their product knowledge and to collaborate and share learnings from their different regions.
This year’s Conference included speakers from a number of Quinn’s divisions, including Quinn Rooftiles, Quinn Precast and Quinn Therm, the Technical by Quinn and Marketing departments, as well as guest speakers from outside the organisation. Quinn’s extensive programme of community and biodiversity activities was an important feature of the event and there was a variety of breakout sessions, group discussions and site tours.
Speaking of the event, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Lunney, said,
“The Conference is an important opportunity for all our sales teams to refresh their knowledge and to hear about our latest developments and future plans. Of course, we have very open channels of communication with everyone on the Sales Teams all year round, but taking the time to get everyone together in one place every year has proven to be a very beneficial experience for all involved.
It’s a big commitment to bring everyone together from every region of the UK and Ireland for this event and to ensure we have the right material and people available to ensure they get maximum benefit, but the attendees at the conference are the first point of contact for many of our customers and potential new customers, so ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge to be able to meet and exceed the needs of these customers crucial to achieving service excellence, which is a top priority for us as a business.”
