Terry Fitzpatrick is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training to Quinn’s GB customer base. His primary focus is on the company’s merchant base, liaising with clients to understand their training requirements and tailoring material to suit.
Terry spends much of his time delivering full product training to merchant customers, which encompasses training on Quinn’s range of complimentary products, allowing merchant staff to cover a number of topics in one session, meaning less time away from the shop floor.
Having spent 12 years in technical and sales roles with Quinn, Terry has amassed a wealth of specialist product expertise along with a deep understanding of customer needs, a knowledge blend which allows him to provide value adding training and support to give Quinn’s merchant customers a competitive advantage.
